Hello, I’m Heidi! I am an ABC License Consultant serving the California Hospitality Industry.
After graduating from Western Illinois University with a B.S. in Law Enforcement Administration and Spanish, I became a Federal officer with the U.S. Department of Justice. Later, I became an Investigator for the State of California-Alcoholic Beverage Control in 1998. My experience working in both the San Diego and San Marcos ABC offices for 6 years handling alcoholic beverage licensing as well as undercover criminal investigations has given me the unique perspective to deal with California government regulations and the California alcoholic beverage industry.
In 2004, I joined GR Bill Business Brokers Inc. in San Diego, CA. I provided ABC license consulting for 12 years before creating my own company, GR Bill Consulting LLC in 2016. I strive to provide all of my clients with the personal service they deserve. I proudly represent restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations and more throughout the State of California
